Retention and video intro

It takes the media from the finished video (a folder, a list, or a file), the speech transcript, and the music's bpm. The intro is made **last** on purpose: it's once the video is locked that you know which images are the best. It outputs the assembled burst — short shot after short shot, a change every 1 or 2 seconds landing on a pause in the speech or a beat in the music, with hard cuts, whip pans, white flashes, and zooms between them — plus the plan for each shot, the MP4 rendered in the art direction's format, the sound events for each transition, and a retention checklist with the measured pace, the transitions counted, media repeated back to back, and the license for everything that went in.
