Rough cut of the raw footage
runs in Claude Code
It takes the raw recording and the word-by-word transcript; it cross-references the timed words with the audio energy instead of guessing from the text. It outputs `cortes/edl.json` with the segments that stay (the house format the editing step takes into Premiere), `removidos.json` with the reason for each cut, `analise.json`, a `relatorio.md` in mm:ss for you to approve before rendering, the edited video in the same spec as the original, and a QA that compares the render with the raw footage frame by frame and shows both sides of every splice. Every cut point lands in the gap between words, on a frame boundary, with a 24 ms micro-fade at the splice. There's a strict mode, plus calibration from the XML of a rough cut the editor made by hand. For people who record long takes in one go and don't want to lose a single good sentence to a hard cut.
